Through both her professional practice and personal exploration, Tanya has developed a deep appreciation for the many ways people experience growth, change, and transformation.
Her perspective is also shaped by years of solo travel, where she has encountered diverse cultural approaches to healing and well-being. These experiences continue to inform her work, offering a thoughtful and expansive lens that she brings into both her practice and this podcast.
