This work can complement counselling, or stand on its own.

Holistic Modalities Offered
Conscious Connected Breathwork
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a guided breathing practice where the breath flows continuously, without pauses between inhale and exhale.
Working with the breath in this intentional way can:
- Activate the body’s natural ability to release stored emotion and tension
- Support nervous system regulation and reduce stress
- Increase self-awareness and access to deeper emotional layers
- Create space for insight, clarity, and internal shifts
Sessions are fully guided and typically include grounding, active breathwork, and a period of integration. Each experience is unique, and unfolds at a pace that supports your system.
Sound Healing
Sound healing works with vibration and frequency to support the body and mind in returning to a more balanced state.
Using instruments such as singing bowls or other resonant tones, sound can:
- Calm the nervous system
- Support deep relaxation
- Enhance emotional processing
- Create a sense of internal harmony and stillness
When combined with breathwork, sound can deepen the experience — helping the body soften, the breath regulate, and the overall process integrate more fully.
What to Expect
Sessions are designed to be calm, supportive, and paced according to your needs.
You may be guided to lie down comfortably, supported with blankets or props, while being led through breathwork or sound-based practices. There is always space for rest, integration, and reflection.
Some sessions are quiet and subtle. Others may involve emotional release or shifts in awareness.
All experiences are held within a safe, guided environment.
Working Together
Holistic sessions can be experienced on their own, or in addition to counselling for a more integrated approach.
