The Aspen tree symbolizes determination in overcoming fears and doubts. Similarly, counselling and holistic support can provide an opportunity to gain the tools and insight needed to navigate through this process in a healthy and supported way.

Meet Tanya
Tanya dePape is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges.
Her work is grounded, compassionate, and integrative — bringing together clinical understanding with a broader perspective on healing that includes the mind, body, and lived experience.
